the coldness in my bones can't compare to the acheing in my heart,
turn and listen in; the world is torn apart.
clouds of dark move in from the west
the time of man has come and gone the apocolipse will start.
world spins slower now like the dying of a fan
little boy walks the road kicks an empty can.
winds sweep in from the south
the warmth of love has been sucked dry, melancholy man
people scream terror takes hold
fear of death no stories told
flames fall down from the north
mankind gambled and now we fold.
what in gods name can save us now
starving men no grain to plow
floods roll in from the east
to live and love, man does not know how

the descriptions in this one are hauntingly beautiful. i know i give you crap about your depressing poetry, but maybe it's how you get rid of your negative feelings, yea? just remember that the world isn't always so black and white, and it's up to you to put color in your own. the faith you put in people comes easily if you have faith in yourself. have faith in yourself :)
